Alice Darmon

 After working in the consumer goods sector – analysing trends, brand positioning, product range development - , Alice Darmon now provides marketing and communication support to French and foreign start-ups in the food industry.

A trained lawyer (Member of the Paris Bar), entrepreneur (she helped develop ranges for Ikea, Habitat, Roche Bobois… in France and abroad), licence manager in France and Italy for Weight Watchers and a member of the Executive Committee, she went on to share her experience as the author of publications for the Les Echos/Etudes Group before launching her consulting firm – Stratégies Créatives – which advises companies on their marketing strategies.

 She lectures to international students, who are curious and passionate about the French luxury food industry, in a number of business schools at Masters and MBA level.

Her preferred sector: markets which really have meaning in the food sector – the luxury sector and all the Art of Living aspects it contains – social accountability (origin, quality, the importance of Made in France...), markets for special trends (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, organic…). 

Her favourite quote: “It’s time to make the stars really shine!”

French-style gastronomy is on this very same trajectory!
