Patrick PASQUET
Patrick Pasquet is Director of Research with CNRS (French Research Organization) in eco-anthropology and ethno-biology.
He studies biologic anthropology, human ecology, food anthropology, nutrition and nutritional adaptability. He has published more than a 100 articles on these subjects.
He his the head of the research group on « Food, nutrition and perception”.
He teaches in various university programs.
He is a member of the Society for the Study of Human Biology (SSHB) since 2000 and of the International Commission for the Anthropology of Food and Food Problems (ICAF) since 1986.
