Véronique CHOSSAT
Véronique Chossat is a Lecturer, Teaching Researcher at the School of Economic and Management Sciences at the University of Reims, Champagne-Ardenne.
In 2001, she presented her doctorate thesis entitled "Les processus de sélection sur un marché : le cas de la grande cuisine" [Selection processes on the marketplace: The case of great cuisine"].
In 2002, she received the President's Prize at the 12th Conférence of the International Association for Cultural Economics in Rotterdam for an article entitled "Expert Opinion and Gastronomy: the Recipe for Success", jointly authored with O. Gergaud.
She has published several articles on the definition of quality in gastronomy, or the role of food guides in French and foreign economic magazines
