Frédéric BROCHET


Frédéric Brochet is a doctor in enology. His doctoral thesis in Medical and  Biologis Sciences, with an option in enology and ampelology, focused on the "Cognitive aspects of tasting”. 

Since june 2004, Frédéric Brochet is the chairman of SAS M.B.F, a winemaking company. He also manages Ampelidae, a wine-trade and winemaking company in Poitiers. Ampelidae is considered as an emerging brand in the world of wine, it is mentioned in the Bettane wine guide since 2003.
