Frédéric BROCHET


Frédéric Brochet is a doctor in enology. His doctoral thesis in Medical and  Biologis Sciences, with an option in enology and ampelology, focused on the "Cognitive aspects of tasting”. 

Frédéric Brochet is the founder of Ampelidae and also wines and spirits buying manager at Fauchon, a leading purveyor of fine foods and wines in Paris.
