Gilles FUMEY
Gilles Fumey teaches cultural food geography at the University of Paris-Sorbonne.
He has been in charge of the master in Food and food cultures at this university. His research deals with food products identity meanings and the geography of culinary cultures in the world.
He now supervises the Food part of the Space, Nature and Cultures lab at CNRS.
