2011 session class for les hautes etude du Goût program27 very motivated participants have been selected to attend our 2011 program. We welcomed several chefs, a food service general manager within a worldwide food service leading company, a food consultant, a wine-maker and wine estate owner, marketing analysts, a private chef, a wine distributor, a restaurant owner, a food writer, a lecturer in culinary arts, an architect and culinary photographer, etc... who came from all parts of the world : Australia, United States, France, Norway, Canada, Hong Kong, Turkey, Israël, Brazil, Portugal and Québec.

The Evolution of the Sephardic Cuisine in Turkey - Five Centuries of SurvivalSibel Cuniman Pinto, an HEG 2008 graduate, won the Gourmand Cookbook Award 2010 in the category of Best Culinary History Cookbook in Germany for her book "The Evolution of the Sephardic Cuisine in Turkey - Five Centuries of Survival".

Sibel's book was initially the thesis she worked on during her studies at Hautes Etudes du Goût.

2012 session class for Hautes Etudes du Goût program18 participants have been selected to attend the 6th HEG class. Our program attracts an increasing number  of professionals worldwide motivated by an insatiable curiosity, and keen to improve their knowledge of gastronomy and taste. The vast array of different cultures and backgrounds contributed to numerous exchanges between students, who came from the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the United States.

2009 session for les hautes etudes du gout program23 participants had been selected to attend the 5th class of Hautes Etudes du Goût. They were all delighted to share two weeks of state-of-the-art courses on various topics focusing on taste and gastronomy.

Beyond their common interest for the culture of taste, cultural exchanges have once again been extremely rewarding, thanks to the very diverse origins of the participants: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, France, Hong Kong, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mauritius, Philippines, Romania, Switzerland and the United States.

2008 session of Hautes Etudes du Goût programThe Hautes Etudes du Goût have once again confirmed the international dimension of their program, by welcoming 24 students from around the world, between October 13th and 25th, to attend an intensive program designed to expand their knowledge on the many topics which, together, represent the culture of taste.

No less than 13 countries were brought together: Australia, Spain, Bulgaria, the United States, Brazil, the Netherlands, Mexico, France, Turkey, Ireland, Canada, Israel and the Lebanon.
