Programme to start on October 10th for the 12th class

The Hautes Études du Goût are about to welcome participants of the 12th class on October 10th 2016 for two intensive weeks of classes and educational workshops.

They originate from Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, The Netherlands, The Philippines, United Kingdom and United States.

Their profiles are varied and extremely rich: food journalists, cheese monger, international consultant for the hospitality industry, sales and training manager for a wine distributor, events manager for a restaurant chain promoting local and organic foods, restaurant owner, chefs, food products developer for a supermarket chain, organizer of events related to French lifestyle, culinary authors, creator of educational workshops on food and science, etc.
They are all going to be able to share their common passion during two weeks of lectures on topics closely linked to the culture of taste and gastronomy, given by top-notch specialists.

This will also be an opportunity for everyone to exchange and learn about each other's culture and to enhance their professional network.

We look forward to welcoming them at Le Cordon Bleu Paris new campus and in Reims, Champagne.
