The origins and profiles of our first students perfectly fitted our initial dream target.

They came so far from more than 20 different countries and very different professional backgrounds, but with one strongly shared curiosity and passion for the culture of taste and gastronomy, one common motivation to learn and grow in their own career.

The students found the programme intense, rich and really multidisciplinary : "we did not know that there was such a corpus of knowledge available and, more important, that it could be made accessible to people like us", summarised one of the students.

Every year, the professors express their high level of satisfaction with the quality, the curiosity and involvement of our students. Several said they were proud to share their knowledge and latest findings with such demanding groups

We are now starting our fifth course session (2009).

The learnings from the previous years allow us to offer an enriched program, concentrated over 2 weeks, half in Paris and half in Reims.
