Anne-Marie ROYER-PANTIN
After literature studies (Ecole Normale Supérieure) and a career as a professor of humanities, Anne-Marie Royer-Pantin is now entirely dedicated to writing.
She collaborated with L'amateur de Bordeaux magazine.
Her book Dégustations fabuleuses ("fabulous tastings") - La Table Ronde editions, 2003 - was awarded the Edmond de Rothschild prize.
She recently published La Rose et le Vin (Klincksieck editions, september 2007) and in the series entitled "Célébration des Fruits de la Terre", she wrote Célébration de la noix ("a celebration of walnut") and Célébration du Coing ("a celebration of quince") - Hesse editions, october 2007.
In the scope of these various research works, she gives many conferences.
