Hervé ROBERT


Hervé Robert is a medical doctor. He teaches nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Paris XIII. 

He conducts training seminars on nutrition for agri-business companies and the restaurant sector (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Ivory Coast).
He is the  author of numerous magazine articles on health, food and nutrition and has published about 30 books on the topic.

Co-founder of the gourmet club "La Marmite à Délices" with Katherine Khodorowski, he organizes tasting workshops for children and adults.
Member of the Académie Française du Chocolat et de la Confiserie (French academy of chocolate and confectionery).
