Bruno LAURIOUX


Bruno Laurioux is a professor in medieval history at the university of Versailles - Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since 2005.
He is also the Head of the Department for Humanities and Social Sciences with CNRS (National Scientific Research Center).

Bruno Laurioux has been a member of several research teams since 1986. He has written and published many works which make him one of the best specialists in food in the Middle Ages.
