Jean-Paul BRANLARD 


Jean-Paul Branlard is a Lecturer in “"Food and Gastronomy Law” and a researcher at the Jean Monnet School of Law, Economics and Management at Sceaux (Paris South University). 

As well as standard law, he also teaches Food and Gastronomy Law, (in particular in the post-graduate DESS [Diploma of Specialized Studies] program).

In addition to his teaching activities, he has published chronicles in numerous journals (Gault-Millau Magazine for example).

He is the editor of several professional association journals and occasionally participates in radio programs.
He is active in many professional organisations and in numerous Food and Wine Confréries [Brotherhoods].
