Students of the 2007 class honored in Reims

October 2008 Thirteen of the 2007 students specially came back to Reims (at La Cartonnerie) to receive their Diplôme Universitaire du Goût, de la Gastronomie et des Arts de la Table, delivered by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. The evening went on with a dinner also attended by students of the 2008 class, who were pleased to share the happiness of the graduates and to get to know them better. The meal, which celebrated the tastes of autumn, was a genuine sensorial journey built around the various expressions of taste, mixing gastronomy, pieces of classical music as well as delightful texts of slam.
