« I was able to learn very concrete things, which confirmed the opinion I had that the world of taste is much larger that we imagine and that it concerns many disciplines, one way or the other.

Attending the course increased my wish to always learn more on the subject.

What thrilled me the most was to discover all these interconnexions that link taste and all the topics we have studied.

The Hautes Etudes du Goût's original and comprehensive approach of the notion of "taste", together with the quality of the lectures and their concrete application thanks to the exercice meals, all this fully satisfied me.

I am now able to perceive what taste means from a much wider perspective and I try to share the way I see things with people I interact with.

The teachings received here helped me to better outline my projects.»
